Is there a minimum commitment period?
We offer programs with 6-monhts, 1-year, and 2-year lengths.
What happens if I want to stop my treatment?
Life happens and sometimes commitments need to change. In case you stop your treatment for any reason, the outstanding balance will be settled immediately. A full refund will be provided for any outstanding treatment that has been paid for but not yet supplied to you. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on this.
What happens after the treatment cycle?
Many clients no longer need regular treatment after completing the program. We’ll reassess your scalp health and guide you on whether you need occasional maintenance – or can simply enjoy your results.
