To make your journey easy and affordable, we spread the cost of high-value upfront components – such as your home laser device and more frequent check-ups – over the entire program length.
We nevertheless offer a no-break-fee exit after 200 days if you are dissatisfied with your results for any reason. Of course, a refund is provided if you choose to cancel early.
Prefer to pay in monthly installments? We offer affordable monthly rates at CHF 74 (Essential Home Care Program) and CHF 90 (Complete Home Care Program).
Our standard programs are structured around an 800-day commitment. This allows us to spread the cost of major upfront treatments and devices evenly over time. It also ensures the full biological cycle of hair stabilization, regrowth, and long-term maintenance is properly supported.
We nevertheless give you the option to cancel the program after 200 days if you are dissatisfied for any reason. We will be taking a loss on your treatment, but only having happy clients is what we prefer.
Life happens and sometimes commitments need to change. In case you stop your treatment for any reason, the outstanding balance will be settled immediately. A full refund will be provided for any outstanding treatment that has been paid for but not yet supplied to you. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information on this.
Many clients no longer need regular treatment after completing the program. We’ll reassess your scalp health and guide you on whether you need occasional maintenance – or can simply enjoy your results.
